About
Hello, I'm Inna
My main goal is to bring as much colour, smiles and joy as I can into people's spaces and into their lives.
I was born and raised in St. Petersburg, where I studied art - first at the N.K. Roerich school, then at university as an artist-designer, both with a strong focus on classical art. My mother is an artist-designer too, so I grew up surrounded by art and creativity, watching her work, and it rubbed off on me.
When I moved to Israel, I found my own style, and I honestly love it myself.
I paint at home, out in the city sketching street scenes from life, and out in nature working on watercolour landscapes on the spot. I sell the finished pieces directly and take on commissions and portraits - across Israel, and for clients in the US, Canada, the UK and Europe. I teach painting privately too, here in Israel.
Inspiration is the one thing I can't do without. I find it mostly in people, in nature, and in street life itself: bright, contrasting, impossibly sunny.
Out in the world
Markets & exhibitions
I show and sell at art fairs and markets through the year, and take part in group exhibitions. It's the best way to see the work in person - the colours never survive a screen. There's no obligation to buy anything; I'm just glad when work gets looked at properly.
